Description (partial)

Symptom:

W1 install (using DMA) of Linux-based CUCM version, such as 7.x, fails. After retrieving the files using the diagnostic dump to USB key, the error seen in the installdb_w1.log.err is:

Conditions:

-Upgrading a CCM 4.x Windows system to a Linux Unified CM version (such as 6.x or 7.x) using DMA.
-The 4.x CCM system has the Portuguese Brazil locale installed.
