Symptom: W1 install (using DMA) of Linux-based CUCM version, such as 7.x, fails. After retrieving the files using the diagnostic dump to USB key, the error seen in the installdb_w1.log.err is: 09/06/2009 20:01:42.280 installdb|*ERROR* Error executing "Insert into TypeUserLocale ( enum, name, cmVersion, componentVersion, tkLanguage_Written, tkLanguage_Spoken, tkWinCharSet, nativeName, moniker, localeCode, languageLocaleCode ) values ('23', 'Portuguese Brazil', '0', '0', '143', '143', '1', 'Portugues(Brasil), Rep'blica Federativa do Brasil', 'USER_LOCALE_PORTUGUESE_BRAZIL', 'PTB', 'pt_BR' )": [Informix][Informix ODBC Driver]Unspecified System Error = -21000.| Conditions: -Upgrading a CCM 4.x Windows system to a Linux Unified CM version (such as 6.x or 7.x) using DMA. -The 4.x CCM system has the Portuguese Brazil locale installed.
