Description (partial)

Symptom:
This fix is to keep xbma process keep running inspite of sigbus signal raised. Currently, if sigbus timeout signal is raised, xbma process will get crashed considering it as fatal. If this happens more than 10 times, LC will be reloaded. To prevent this behavior, we need this fix. 

Conditions:
When a read timeout on the sockeye xbma occur, xbma process crash would happen. But the chance to occur the read timeout is very rare and cannot be prevented.
