Description (partial)

The Cisco IPSec VPN Client file cvpnd.exe errors on bootup and the Client will fail to load if a certain vendor's firewall software is already installed on the PC or if installed after the VPN Client is already installed. 
This occurs because the VPN Client uses two older software firewall files, and the newer files are incompatible with the VPN Client:

Cisco VPN Client installs: 
\Windows\System32\vsdata.dll    7.0.462.0
\Windows\System32\vsdatant.sys    7.0.462.0

Software Firewall installs: 

Newer software firewall files installed on the PC with the Cisco IPSec Client.
