Description (partial)

Symptom:

Customer ties to open chat feature to communicate with an agent but the customer's system has IE8 installed so the chat will not work because of this.  Customer is unable to chat with the Agent.

Conditions:

EIM 4.2.5 is used.  Agent is on a supported version of IE but Customer is on IE8.
