Description (partial)

Symptom:
On the vCenter, when one VEM/ESX is in progress of being remove from N1K/DVS, if another VEM/ESX removal is started, the first VEM/ESX would be removed from N1K/DVS successfully, but the second VEM/ESX removal would fail with the following error:
A specified parameter was not correct. spec.configVersion
The ConfigVersion value: 187 is not valid in the spec.configVersion

Conditions:
Removing VEM/ESX from N1K/DVS.
