Description (partial)

Symptom:
The CallType procedure execution duration grew steadily from about 10 seconds to about 110 seconds and then increased to 1000 seconds and then 2000 seconds in about 2 weeks.

Condition:
On further analysis it was found that the query to retrieve @IntervalDate for CallType was taking 45+ minutes to complete. This is believed to be due to the customer's configuration containing a large number of Call Types. The customer has only reported this fault pertaining to the CallType table but it is suspected that this issue can occur with any configuration table having similar procedures.
