Description (partial)

Symptom:
The service module console may hang or the service module may reboot when kernel out-of-memory condition occurs.
Conditions:
When guest side uses up all its alloted memory and host side also uses up all it memory,  a kernel out-of-memory kill can happen.   This condition may occur more often when multiple ssh sessions connect to the service module and do commands that require high memory usage.
