Symptom: ICD Application does not work if the user enters any leading or trailing spaces for the Contact Service Queue (CSQ) Name during the creation of an ICD Application Conditions: During creation of ICD Application, if we enter any leading or trailing spaces for Contact Service Queue (CSQ) Name, those spaces will not truncated. So, if there are any spaces in the CSQ Name, ICD Application does not work.
