Description (partial)

System message under telephony-service will keep sending SCCP prompt message to be displayed on the phone(at about 30 sec frequency). This pratice may be OK to desktop phones but will significantly drain battery power from a wireless phone such as 7921/7925. Upon arriving of each prompt message the phone will be forced from power save mode into active mode, and since the current CLI does not have the flexibility to specify how often such a meesage will be sent from CME, the phone constantly stay in active when in idle when such a config is in place.
