Description (partial)

Customers installing FMS on a Windows server intergrated into a domain may have issues with Postgres user account. The account is created locally on each machine that FMS is installed on. This user is not added or allowed to be a member of any group on a normal clean install.

During the time of install the account and user id created are added to the local Group Policy Object(GPO) for Logging on as a service. In most cases this is locked as an access control list function with explict user listings.
