Symptom:

Exception report displayed on entering ")(*" on the Serviceability page

Conditions:

1. Login to Serviceability page
2. Traverse to "Alarm --> Alarm configuration --> Service Group: CM Services --> Service: Cisco CTIManager(Active)" 
3. Enable Alarm under "Remote Syslogs"  
4. Enter ")(*" under "Server Name"
5. Click on Save
