Symptom:
Packet loss can occur when fragmented ping packets ingress the switch's management interface.

Conditions:
All of the following are true:

- Catalyst 3560E / 3750E / 3560X / 3750X family model switch

- Fragmented ping packets with small inter-frame gap ingress the switch's management interface (packet loss can occur randomly for inter-frame gaps of less than 2 microseconds).
