CCM disallows adding what should be a valid DHCPv6 prefix when that prefix is dhcp-type of stateless (or infrastructure). CCM reports that another prefix conflicts.


This issue only occurs when there is an existing prefix and both prefix addresses overlap, but their ranges don't.
