Description (partial)

Symptom:

The PSIRT Resource Manager Essentials inventory report cannot be run.  The invreports.log log indicates a Cisco.com exception occurred.

Conditions:

This will occur if RME is configured to use a proxy to connect to Cisco.com.
Bug details contain sensitive information and therefore require a Cisco.com account to be viewed.
