Description (partial)

Symptom:
For vNIC that has been bound to vNIC template, the GUI gray out the fields in the General tab to make it impossible to make changes, but the delete VLAN icon in the "vNIC Interfaces" tab is not gray out, allowing user to "make" changes that appeared to be saved when "Save Changes" button is click, and even pop up a "Successful modify vNIC <id>" dialog box that indicated that the changes has been committed.

The changes performed on the "vNIC Interfaces" bound to vNIC template actually cannot be saved/committed.

The icon that allow user to delete VLAN should be gray out; and the 'Native VLAN' checkbox for the individual VLAN should be disabled as well.

On the UCSM CLI, user can add/delete VLAN to vNIC bound to vNIC template, but when 'commit-buffer' is executed, the commit was "successful", but no changes was committed. CLI parser should check and disable this kind of "empty" changes.

Conditions:
vNIC bound to vNIC template.
