Description (partial)

DPark key is ignored while in Transfer feature layer, after doing a Swap.

With the Transfer feature layer open and a connected Consult call, the user may press Swap to switch back and forth between the original and Consult call legs. If no Swap is done, pressing DPark parks the original call and closes the feature layer. This is the correct behavior. However, after doing a Swap, the DPark key is ignored and the feature layer remains open.
