It is observed that the Bulk Table size is large (26981996 rows), and it doesn't change within 20 mins. This congestion results in the SNMP mib data can not be displayed in the VSC console. It affects all the sites in the VAR. 

We performed scale testing by running syslog traffic and SNMP polling, and reached the point that the database and transaction log are full. The space is released by backup the database and shrinking the transaction log. The Bulk Table which is the temp place to hold the OM data should be able to send data collected from OM to the proper tables and clear itself.
