Cisco Bug: CSCtc33370 - UI_BEH:XFER:CONF: VM key press during Swap causes two held legs
Aug 28, 2010
- Cisco Unified IP Phones 9900 Series
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Pressing the VoiceMail key while swapping between the original and Consultation leg in a pending Transfer or Conference leaves the feature layer open with both legs on Hold, and no visible softkeys. Conditions: This occurs both for the Transfer and Conference features. There is a short window during a Swap operation in which the connected leg is placed on Hold and the held leg is Connected. If the user presses the VoiceMail hard key during this window, the feature layer remains open with both original and Consultee legs on Hold. There are no visible softkeys. The Transfer or Conference may still be completed by pressing the corresponding hard key.
