Symptom: The getTPHistoryPMData API reports unnecessary values. Conditions: This problem occurs under the following conditions: 1. Make sure Gateway/CORBA and the CTM Server are running. 2. Define an OSS CORBA client user and connect to the Gateway/CORBA northbound interface. 3. Provision an ONS 15454 SMR-C card and enable PM collection. 4. Start the CTMHistoryPMDataAPI on the card. Active channel PM values are unnecessarily displayed. This problem also occurs for the getCTMHistoryPMData API.
