Description (partial)

Re-inserting a previously deleted subscriber while it was connected on the network doesn't work properly if that subscriber has been rebooted before attempting to re-establish the replication as some services don't start anymore due to the server being deleted from the processnode table.

This is seen on Linux based VOS systems running Informix as a database.
