Feb 01, 2017
- Cisco Nexus 7000 Series Switches
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Up to 30 seconds traffic interruption when HSRP state changes in a vPC environment, for example when reloading the HSRP primary peer with preempt enabled. Conditions: Nexus 7000 Series switches configured as vPC cluster with HSRP. This defect may depend on the HSRP timers, preempt configuration, and number of vPCs/HSRP groups, so will not be seen in all environments. Workaround(s): Disable HSRP preempt.
