Description (partial)

Symptom:
Up to 30 seconds traffic interruption when HSRP state changes in a vPC environment, for example when reloading the HSRP primary peer with preempt enabled.

Conditions:
Nexus 7000 Series switches configured as vPC cluster with HSRP. This defect may depend on the HSRP timers, preempt configuration, and number of vPCs/HSRP groups, so will not be seen in all environments.

Workaround(s):
Disable HSRP preempt.
