Symptom:
If a user dials into auto attendant (CUE) and the auto attendant forwards the call to an extension and that extension forwards to voicemail, but call connector will indicate that the originator of the call was the auto attendant extension rather than the original caller.
Conditions:
Happens when auto attendant is used to route the call and the call goes unanswered (going back to voicemail).
