Description (partial)

Symptom: A user performs a Pulse Locator search on a Pulse Vocabulary term with a period (.) or an at sign (@) at the end of the term, for example, M.P.L.S. or Melissa@, but the search results do not include expertise providers found through Pulse tagging and analysis.

Condition: The Pulse Vocabulary accepts terms with a period (.) and an at sign (@) at the end of the term, for example, M.P.L.S. and Melissa@. However, Cisco Pulse does not tag terms with these special characters at the end of the term in content shared across the network.
