Description (partial)

Symptom:
An interface cannot be forced to join a port channel which has a QoS configuration defined. 

N7k prompts error message:
n7k-2(config-if)# channel-group 1001 force mode active
"command failed: port not compatible [port egress queuing policy]
2009 Sep 28 17:21:06.116 n7k-2 %ETH_PORT_CHANNEL-3-COMPAT_CHECK_FAILURE: port egress queuing policy is not compatible"

Conditions:
Port-channel has a service policy configured.
