Description (partial)

Symptom:

Missing MAC address in ssg-account-info attribute during user logon
Conditions:

When Accounting start from AZR initiates a session in state "unauthen". User-logon through SESM happens and session state changes to authen. So during 
Account Query we are expecting MAC address attribute in the ssg-account-info attribute but which is missing in failed release.
