Cisco Bug: CSCtc24333 - locations based CAC for SIP Trunks failing for video when bw set to None

Last Modified

Feb 20, 2018

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)

Known Affected Releases

6.1(2.1000.13)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Locations based Call Admission Control (CAC) on a SIP Trunk does not consider the 'Video' bandwidth value set by users

For example, you have 'SIP Trunk A' and 'Device B'. Both devices have locations where Audio Bandwidth is available but Video is set to 'None'. However in this scenario the video part of the call is still established

Conditions:
So far seen in CUCM 6.1(2) using SIP Trunks
