Symptom: The Call Handler's Owner's greeting is played instead of ringing the specified number which is set under the call transfer rules for the call handler when the call is transferred via a forwarded routing rule. Conditions: Call transfer to a Call Handler via a Forwarded Routing rule. Call Transfer setting for the Call Handler set to "Yes, ring this extension" with an extension entered. Call Handler has an extension. Optional Extension field not blank.
