Description (partial)

Symptom:

 Intermittent (hourly) OSPF peer flapping may be exhibited if using fast hellos 
 and EnergyWise is enabled globally.
 
 Conditions:

 Using OSPF fast hellos and EnergyWise on the same switch.
 This issue is seen in Cat3750 running 12.2(50)SE1 release.
