Symptom:

DMA Fails with error -11005 in the DMAErrors log


Conditions:

Possibly related to some intermittent intersection of Windows 2003 with some set of applied patch updates and issues with the system PATH.  The problem manifests as follows:  (excerpt is from the installdb logs)
