Symptom:
Can not search audit logs via RTMT or any of the Serviceability web pages.

Conditions:
There is no quick and easy way to search the audit logs to find answers to questions like;

- What as changed between time A and time B?
- Who changed what between time A and B?
- What changes have been made to a Device, Dial Plan, etc ?
- Show me all the changes made by UserX?
- Show me all the changes made via the CCMAdmin interface?
