Description (partial)

Symptom:
Callback does not recognize DTMF if 2nd party conferenced in
The DTMF input was not recognized.  
The menu repeated twice.  
DTMF was not reconized either time.  
The call ended.

Conditions:
1. Call into the sample script, agent is not available.
2. Opt to be called back
3. After the allot time, the callback occurs.
4. Immediately after answering the call, conference in another person.
5. When prompted, to connect, find, cancel, select 1.
