Description (partial)

Symptom:
Connection settings configured by a service-policy do not take affect on some connections.
E.g. some connections are torn down by the FWSM at the default idle time (defined by the global "timeout conn ..." command instead of the time defined by "set connection timeout idle ..." in the service-policy.


Conditions:
This only happens for secondary connections of flows that are subject to inspection, e.g. FTP, SQlnet.
