Symptom: While using the Click-to-Call feature to contact an expertise provider, the dialog box that is pre-populated with phone numbers closes after a few seconds. Conditions: This issue can occur under these circumstances: • You use Click-to-Call to contact the same expertise provider a second time. • You are accessing Cisco Pulse with a Microsoft Internet Explorer browser.
