Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a ORF prefix-filter is defined as 'x/q' or 'x/q eq q' format, 'sh bgp 
neighbor <> received prefix-filter' returns it as 'x/q le 32'.
An example is as follows:

prefix-set sent by the peer is:
prefix-set pfx1
10.5.0.0/30 eq 30,
10.3.3.3/32
end-set

the peer receives:

Conditions:
When a ORF prefix-filter is defined as 'x/q' or 'x/q eq q' format.
