Description (partial)

The Cisco 4300 or 4500 camera becomes unresponsive and does no stream video, but the unit is powered on, has a network link, and responds to ping.
When processing video for motion detection, the camera can get stuck in an operation that consumes all of its processing resources and prevents it from responding.
