Description (partial)

Memory leakage problem in ILMITopoc causes to exhaust the limit on memory
that can be occupied by a process which is 4GB. This occurs over a period of
around 3 months and causes ILMITopoc process to reinitialize. This causes the
other topo processes like topod and linktopoc also to re-initialize. The
Autoroute network nodes will remain in mode -1 and PNNI nodes will be rediscovered.
This issue occurs in large networks that have more than 2000 nodes. Memory
leak of ILMITopoc depletes the system memory by approximately 4GB. As a
result, the processes topod and linktopoc also terminate.
