Symptom: ======== When Nexus 7000 recovers using graceful-restart, the EIGRP neigbor is shown as coming up (giving the notiion that EIGRP flapped), when it did not. Message seen is like below 2009 Sep 1 05:26:39 Nexus-7k %EIGRP-5-NBRCHANGE_DUAL: eigrp-1  (default-base) IP-EIGRP(0) 1: Neighbor 192.168.1.1 (Vlan1) is up: new adjacency Above is seen on Nexus 7000 running 4.2.1 NX-OS release This bug is opened to make the above message more granular, to indicate we recovered using graceful restart. Conditions: ========= Seen when Nexus 7k recovers using graceful restart. For example after ISSU, SSO.
