Description (partial)

Need to press F2 for internal directory users to get BLF status.
This requirement only exists in CUEAC. TAPI cannot monitor more than 4000 devices in
cucm. Due to this limitation, CUEAC development has introduced a new process " BLF process"
on cueac server which gets blf status on demand. Once console user presses F2, BLF process uses
tapi to get blf status for that device from cucm.

This change in behaviour needs to be documented.
