Symptom: It may be observed that SRTP packets forged by a gateway will consistently use SSRC of 0x0, instead of using a random 32-bit number as suggested by section 8 of RFC 1889. Conditions: The issue is observed on SRTP calls from a gateway running 12.4(15)T8, which contains the fix for CSCso90997.
