Description (partial)

Tunnel decap entry for ipv4 traffic is not programmed and the ipv4 unicast and multicast traffic is software switched when ipv6 multicast-routing is enabled and ipv6 address is configured on the tunnel source or destination loopback interface.

Seen in standalone as well as Vss systems when ipv6 address is configured in loopback interfaces used as tunnel source or destination interface. The standalone switch may require a reload to reproduce the issue.
