Cisco Bug: CSCtc17083 - Tunnel decap not programmed, hence traffic RP switched
Jan 31, 2017
- Cisco Catalyst 6000 Series Switches
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Tunnel decap entry for ipv4 traffic is not programmed and the ipv4 unicast and multicast traffic is software switched when ipv6 multicast-routing is enabled and ipv6 address is configured on the tunnel source or destination loopback interface. Conditions: Seen in standalone as well as Vss systems when ipv6 address is configured in loopback interfaces used as tunnel source or destination interface. The standalone switch may require a reload to reproduce the issue.
