Description (partial)

Symptom:

Wrong IP address it taken by EDMT for source database.

Conditions:

When toggling from Tech refresh to Common Ground upgrade.
Steps to reproduce:
1) On an ICM Logger machine use EDMT tool to migrate the database
2) Select Technology Refresh option and click 'Next'
3) Enter the Source Database connection information such as SQL or Windows authentication and the IP Address of the source machine
4) Click on 'Refresh Database List' button to refresh the list of databases on the source server (it lists the ICM databases)
5) Now click 'Back' button and then select 'Common Ground' upgrade method and click 'Next'.
 
Expected:
It should connect to the local machine and the Hostname or IP Address field should be the local machine and list the databases in local machine.
 
Observed:
It takes the IP Address of the Source Database that was provided earlier when selecting 'Tech Refresh' and the field is grayed out and cannot be edited.
