Description (partial)

Symptom:

Navigation in CAR page with keyboard only.

Conditions:

Navigate all over the CAR page on all tabs , menu, sub-menu and links using keyboard only and We can see few links like user reports, system reports etc and there are sub links under those links .I am not able to select the sub links by the keyboard using the arrow keys. The CAR page does not work properly if it is being browsed via keyboard , we can't open new report page under the main menu.
