Description (partial)

Symptom:
On configuring/unconfiguring of vrfs, ROUTING-RIB-3-CONVERGE_VERSION_MISMATCH 
error message is seen. An example is as follows.

RP/0/5/CPU0:Sep 23 04:14:06.053 : ipv4_rib[239]: %ROUTING-RIB-3-
CONVERGE_VERSION_MISMATCH : Client "bgp" has last signalled version 5 which is 
less than the RIB version 6 for Vrf: "VPN_2" Tbl: "default" Safi: "Unicast" 

Conditions:
This behavior is observed when configuring/unconfiguring of vrfs.
