External Contacts for Presence integration with Cisco Agent Desktop may not be deleted from Cisco Desktop Administrator.

Even though the 'Delete Selected' button is clicked and the contacts disappear from view, returning to the External Contacts page shows that these contacts were never deleted. 


User checks the checkbox for one or more External Contacts under Presence settings in Web CDA. The user then clicks the Delete Selected button. On the page that appears, the External Contacts are now missing, leading the user to believe they have been deleted. If the user navigates away from the page at this point and returns to the External Contact list, the previously deleted contacts appear again.
