Symptom: After setting a 24-hour format for displaying time, the 12-hour format still appears in some tables. Conditions: This problem occurs after selecting the 24-hour format time display from the User Preferences dialog box. The Service Monitor table and the Service Uptime table still displays time in a 12-hour format.
