Description (partial)

Symptom:
Linecard will experience a CPU hog, which causes the linecard to reload.

Conditions:
In rare cases, when "show tech-support acl" is invoked, the linecard may experience a CPU hog and result in the linecard reloading.

Workaround(s):
It is suggested that the user does not issue the "show tech-support acl" CLI.  Upgrading to software release 4.2(3) will fix the issue.
