Symptom: When an agent log out timer expires (7200s) instead of using the code 50004 it uses the last not-ready reason code. Conditions: ICM 7.5(3) CVP 7.0.2 ES2 CCM 18.104.22.1680-1 IPCC Cisco CTIOS Maintenance Release CTIOS7.5(3) Agent logout timer expires and it should use the 50004 (Forced Logout) code for the reason code but instead it uses the last know code that the agent used.
