Description (partial)

Symptom:
Traffic Lost disabling Master attribute, in case of a fail in the ring.


Conditions:
When a GR3 protection is configured and a fail occurs, the protection
correctly switches raising a Fast Atomatic Protection Switch condition
on the Master Card.   

Problem:
In this situation, if one of the following provisioning change is performed on the 
Master card of the ring, the traffic is lost:

- Chante the Master Protection Role into Slave.
- Change the Protection Mode from Enable/Forced into Disable.
