   Symptom: when upgrading from 12.2(18)SX to 12.2(18)SR and router is 
 configured for SSO mode and using a router reload with new 12.2(18)SR image 
 on disks, the Standby reloads to RPR mode if it detects a MCL errors seen 
 using the command
   ""show redundancy config-sync failures mcl"
   
     
   Conditions: the router has to have a Linecard which require a FPD upgrade 
  during the upgrade from SX image to a SR image and has HSRP type track 
 command referencing an interface from that linecard
