Description (partial)

Symptom:

VIP stops replying ICMP.

Conditions:

Multiple VIPs sharing same IP on different ports and having loadbalance vip icmp-reply active.
i.e.
class-map match-all VIP23
  2 match virtual-address 10.10.10.10 tcp eq telnet 
class-map match-all VIP80
  2 match virtual-address 10.10.10.10 tcp eq www
policy-map multi-match POLICY
  class VIP23
    loadbalance vip inservice
    loadbalance policy SLB23
    loadbalance vip icmp-reply active primary-inservice
  class VIP80
    loadbalance vip inservice
    loadbalance policy SLB80
    loadbalance vip icmp-reply active primary-inservice

The VIP will stop replying ICMP whenever any serverfarm flaps for any policy map loadbalance (i.e. SLB23 or SLB80 in the example).
